All items are made to order. I aim to get your new stock shipped within 5 - 7 business days from the time of order.

If by chance I need to order materials to make your product/s, I will clearly communicate this via email.

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number via email.  All orders are dispatched from Wesley Vale, Tasmania. 

Replacement & Repairs

I offer a full replacement and/or repair service for any items that do not stand true to the quality and craftsmanship of Studio Koak.

Should the leather, stitching or hardware fail on any product, under reasonable circumstances of wear and tear,  you have my guarantee that it will be promptly repaired or replaced where necessary. If I am unable to do so, you will be offered a store credit.

Unfortunately we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kim@studiokoak.com.au and send your item to: 113 Wesley Vale Road Wesley Vale Tasmania AU 7307.


Shipping (Returning a product)

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 113 Wesley Vale Road Wesley Vale Tasmania AU 7307

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
